These terms cover your use of comparejunkremoval.com, operated by YSK Technologies LLC. By using the site you agree to them.
1. What Compare Junk Removal is
Compare Junk Removal is a directory. We list junk removal companies and show information about them, including Google ratings and review counts (linked to each company's Google listing) and prices the companies publish on their own websites. We are not a junk removal company, we don't perform or guarantee any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a company you contact.
2. Information on the site
Listings are compiled from public sources and from companies themselves, and can be out of date or wrong. Ratings and review counts are Google's and are shown as of the date on each page. Prices are shown as each company published them on the date shown; the company sets the final price. Statements such as "licensed", "insured", "same-day" or "donates" are the company's own claims, which we don't verify. Check details with the company before you book.
3. Quote requests
When you send a quote request, you choose up to 3 companies. We send your request only to the companies you pick, and only they may contact you about it, by phone, text or email as you agree on the form. We store the wording of that consent with your request. We don't sell your request to other companies.
4. Sponsored listings and ranking
Companies can pay for sponsored placement. Sponsored listings are always labeled "Sponsored". Payment doesn't change ratings, review counts, prices or the order of the regular list. How the list is ordered is explained on How we rank.
5. Companies listed
Companies can claim their listing to correct it, or ask for it to be removed through remove a listing. Companies that claim listings, sponsor or unlock quote requests agree to additional terms at sign-up, including contacting customers only about the request they sent, and honoring opt-outs.
6. Acceptable use
Don't scrape or bulk-copy the site, send false or abusive quote requests, impersonate anyone, or interfere with the site's operation.
7. No warranty; limit of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, YSK Technologies LLC isn't liable for any work performed by a company you find here, for errors in listings, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you for any claim about the site is limited to $100.
